Landlord verifies identity
ID and ownership documents are uploaded in the app; phone and email are confirmed with one-time codes. Our admins approve the account.
Listing is paid & reviewed
The KSh 1,500 annual fee is paid securely by M-Pesa or card inside the app. The listing then enters our review queue where photos, price and location are checked.
Renters see only the real thing
Approved listings go live for 365 days with a verified badge. Anything reported or suspicious is pulled back into review immediately.
